He has served as a Navy Hospital Corpsman for 19 years, worked as a Medical Assistant for 23 years, and has 4 years of experience as an EMT. His professional certifications include TCCC and American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED.
In December 2022, Jose earned his Master’s Degree in Public Health, further strengthening his commitment to community health, preparedness, and emergency response education.
